Any use by Customer of Third-Party Services shall be solely between Customer and the applicable third-party provider. Customer irrevocably waives any claim against Miracle Software with respect to such Third-Party Services. Miracle Software is not liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with Customer’s enablement, access, or use of any such Third-Party Services, or Customer’s reliance on the privacy practices, data security processes, or other policies of such Third-Party Services.
